Welcome to the booking portal for Bell Tents for Nene Valley Rock Festival 2026 at Grimsthorpe Castle. Here you can book, pay for and choose the bed configuration for your tents.
Electric Hook Up
Although still provided by NVRF, For 2026 electric hook-up is only available via our booking portal, please add at time of booking. If added at a later date, please send us an email.
If you wish to change your booking, please email us at [email protected] and we will be more than happy to help. Please note that the last date by which we are able to guarantee configuration changes is the 21/08/2026. This is also the cut-off date for bookings.
Cancelation policy:
If you wish to cancel your booking with us please email us as soon as possible, our cancellation policy is as follows
- Cancelation before 04/03/2025 - 80% refund
- Cancelation between 04/03/2025 and 07/08/2025 - 60% refund
- Cancelation after 07/08/2025 - no refund.

Nene 4m Posh Single 2026
This tent comes with 1x Real Single Bed
Included in this tent is:
- Bedding (Including duvet, pillows, blanket and cushion)
- Furniture (Small table, crates or side table, small mirror)
- Fairy lights and bunting down the main rope
- Door Marr
- Lighting - LED tea light chandelier or central pole light
- Matting
This tent can accommodate up to 1 real single bed or 1 real single and 1 folding bed or dog bed, please add additional beds if required.
Nene 4m Luxury Included 2026
This tent comes with 2 folding beds set as either a double or a twin. (MAXIMUM WEIGHT IS 16 STONE PER SINGLE BED)
Included in this tent is:
- Bedding (Including a duvet, pillows, blanket and cushion)
- Furniture (Small table, one wooden chair per person, crates, small mirror)
- Fairy lights and bunting down the main rope
- Lighting - LED tea light chandelier
- Matting
This tent can accommodate up to 1 x additional folding singles (*)
(*: additional beds purchased separately)

This tent comes with 2 folding beds set as either a double or a twin. (MAXIMUM WEIGHT IS 16 STONE PER SINGLE BED)

Nene Safari Posh Double 2026
This tent comes with 1 x Real Double Bed
Included in this tent is:

This tent can accommodate up to 2 real double beds or 1 real double and 2 real single beds, please add additional beds if required. Can also accomodate a dog bed

This tent comes with 2 x Real Single Beds

- Matting
This tent can accommodate up to 2 real double beds or 1 real double and 2 real single beds plus a dog bed
Real Double Bed
Additional real double beds can be added to any Safari Posh bell tent.
Additional beds come with bedding
Real Single Bed
Additional real single beds can be added to any Safari Posh bell tent.
Bedding is included with all additional beds
Robe Hire
If you are hiring a robe please add the deposit to your order as well. Robe hire is free with any posh tent, please add the deposit per robe to your order.
This picture includes a towel set. Towel set(s) purchased separately.
Robe Deposit
If you are adding a robe to your order make sure to also add this deposit to your basket. The deposit is fully refundable if returned in good conditions (fair wear and tear is allowed)
Towel Hire
If you are hiring our towels, please add the deposit to your order. If you have ordered one of our posh tents, hire of one of our towels is free please add the deposit for this.
